A reasonably flat and level surface is important for the safe installation and overall appearance of your marquee.

Small variations in the ground can often be accommodated, but significant slopes or uneven areas may require additional planning or flooring.

Our marquees are securely anchored using either 900mm pegs, weights, or a combination of both, depending on the installation surface and site conditions.

For grass installations, pegging is generally our preferred method. Before installation, it is important to identify any underground services such as water, gas, electricity or irrigation within the installation area.

Where pegging isn't possible, such as on concrete or where underground services are present, the marquee can be secured using weights.

Yes, when required. Many installations can be planned using detailed photos, measurements and video, so a site inspection isn't always necessary.

For larger marquees, difficult access, sloping sites or more complex installations, we may recommend an on-site inspection.

Site inspections are generally arranged once a booking and deposit have been received. Any necessary adjustments to the marquee or installation requirements can then be made following the inspection.

Delivery and installation costs vary depending on your event location, marquee size, installation surface, site access and the required setup and pack-down times.

Once we have your event details, we can provide an accurate quote covering delivery, installation and removal.

2. Secure Your Booking
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your marquee and event date.

3. Site Planning
We'll review the installation area, access and ground conditions. Where required, we'll arrange a site inspection to finalise the setup.

4. Final Details & Payment
We'll confirm the final details of your marquee, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event.

5. Installation & Removal
Our team will install the marquee before your event and return at the arranged time to dismantle and remove it.

Yes. The Marquee Station holds Public Liability Insurance.

If your venue requires a Certificate of Currency, we're happy to provide a copy upon request.
